What is the 30% rule?

This facility applies to employees coming from outside the Netherlands, who have been recruited by or seconded to a Dutch employer and have specific skills or expertise that are scarce on the Dutch labour market. These employees can be provided with significant fiscal benefits.

In order to qualify for this ruling, a number of conditions must be met. For example, an application needs to be filed within the first four months of your employment in the Netherlands. There are also various requirements concerning your employment contract.

If you want to know if you qualify for this rule, please contact us for FREE advice.
